Ever since Calvin was old enough to hold his head up he's been jumping. His Grandpa Kissner was so entertained with his need to jump when ever some one held him on their lap, that he bought him a "Johnny Jump-up"...
He never really liked to swing, but he nearly wore out some door frames jumping.
He never really liked to swing, but he nearly wore out some door frames jumping.Fast forward 17 years, he is still jumping when ever he can. He spent most of last year "training" on the trampoline. He positions every ball he can find around the outside rim of the tramp and jumps, flips, etc. trying to avoid oncoming balls. Officially he will say he was training for the big stake dodge ball tournament. The truth...... you can guess.
He stayed home from school yesterday because he said he was "injured" playing ultimate frisbee at scouts the night before. He said his back, legs and arms hurt all over. Poor kid, right.... yeah. Around 3:00 pm I found him in the back yard "training" his poor injured body on the trampoline.
By the way, this is the third Tramp we have owned. Oh yes, they did wear out the other 2.

Oh that is funny. I love selective pain. My kids have mastered it.
I guess I never thought about it but I guess that much jumping would wear out a trampoline.
