Well the boys finally got their wish. Snow boarding lessons for Christmas. I didn't know and they didn't know that alot of snowboarding is sitting on your butt in the snow!! They had fun, but Darian wished they had tried skiing instead of snowboarding. He said, "I wanted to ski instead, but I already told all my friends I was going to go snow boarding. Skiing looks alot easier, but I didn't want my friends to think that I chickened out." They spent about 2 hours on the slopes, then they wanted to go home. Another problem, just because there is snow in the mountains in Las Vegas, that doesn't mean that it's good snow.... it was more like ice, and hurts alot more when you fall. That's probably why so many people go to Utah to snow.
